Residential Real Estate Broker

509-294-1774

As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Debbie

Before becoming a licensed broker, Debbie worked for 28 years at Bank of America in commercial banking. Her strong background in finances is just one of the many reasons clients enjoy working with her.

Debbie is an advocate for every buyer or seller that she works with. She emphasizes that buying or selling a home isn’t about her, it’s about helping her clients find the home that fits into their lifestyle. She takes the job seriously and wants to ensure that her clients, whether buying or selling, avoid surprises. Communication throughout any transaction always remains central to any success! Debbie works with clients of all ages and backgrounds and she absolutely loves working with first-time homebuyers - she is continually inspired and energized by younger clients!

Debbie works and lives in the Spokane area, and tends to focus on Spokane proper as well as areas around Spokane, in Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Medical Lake/Cheney, Airway Heights and Mead. The Spokane area is very diverse and hosts everything from urban to rural properties, so Debbie has experience with a little bit of everything.

As someone who has called Spokane home for most of her life, Debbie brings a local perspective to each transaction. Her knowledge of the area, including its neighborhoods, recreational and cultural activities and business climate, paired with her many personal and business contacts, make Debbie a valuable resource for more than just the sale or purchase of your home. She loves Spokane and wants all of her buyers to love it as much as she does!

Addressing the needs of women and children in the Spokane community is very important to Debbie. She has served on the board of the Women Helping Women Fund for six years, one year as President, and three years on the YWCA Board of Directors. Debbie is active in her church and sings in the choir and also belongs to another semi-professional choral music group in Spokane.

Besides singing, Debbie also loves golf, traveling and spending time with her husband, children and 11 grandchildren!

Spokane

Spokane is capital of the Inland Northwest, home to the Gonzaga Bulldogs, the second largest city in Washington State and a great place to call home. What once was a fur trading and mining post and then a railroad hub has grown into a city with a flourishing arts and cultural scene and an economy built around services more than natural resources. We truly are a modern city with deep ties to our history. In fact, 18 of Spokane’s neighborhoods are on the National Register of Historical Districts. Most of the downtown commercial district’s buildings were destroyed in the Great Fire of 1889. This led to a rebuilding boom in the years that followed. The architecture for many of the new buildings was Romanesque Revival, and much of downtown reflects that style today.
